Open to parents, siblings, friends, and other family, as well as teens and young adults who are gay, bi, lesbian, or transgendered and young gay parents. It's easy to join,and you might be surprised at how many others are going through exactly what you are going through.

Beth is a married mom of 4, and her oldest daughter, age 21, is lesbian and came out a year ago while home from college.
David is a single dad of 3, the youngest son, 15, is gay and came out in January of '99.
Theresa is a single mom of 2, and the oldest daughter, age 17, is bisexual and came out 2 years ago.
Matthew is a divorced dad of 5, the oldest son, 19, is gay and came out when he was 14.
Anabel is the sister of 18 year old Bryley, who is gay and came out at age 16.
Christine is a married mom of 2, the oldest daughter, 23, is bisexual and came out 2 years ago.
Troy is a single dad of 17 year old triplets, two identical and one fraternal, and the fraternal one is gay and came out at age 15.
Sarah is a married mom os 2, the youngest son, 18, is gay and came out a year ago.
Mary is a single mom of 3, the middle son, 17, is gay and came out at age 16.
Joining RainbowFamilies
If you'd like to join the list, there is a link below. If you are unfamiliar and not registered with ONElist you will need to do that before joining, but it's completely free. Maybe you'll even want to start your own list. It's a good way to meet others who are going through a similar situation as you. Another way to be added to the list is to simply e-mail me and tell me you want to join. E-mail me only from the email address that you want to be added as (the one you will receive list mail from and post to the list from), I won't add anyone who asks to be added under a different e-mail from the one they're sending me the e-mail from. I'll try to add everyone quickly. I prefer it if you subscribe yourself by registering with ONElist and subscribing through the link, and it might save you some waiting time too.
